Xantara Pharmaceuticals Private Limited

Xantara Pharmaceuticals is based in Metro Residency, specifically at Flat 403 on Rajbhavan Road. It’s a busy area in Hyderabad, so finding a parking spot can be a real headache some days. Our office is on the fourth floor, which gives us a bit of a view of the street below, though mostly it’s just looking at the traffic on 6-3-1247. We’ve been operating from this flat for a while now. The space inside is basically divided into a small reception area and then the rooms where we handle all the pharmaceutical administrative work. It’s not like a big corporate office you see in the movies; it’s more of a functional workspace where we get the billing and coordination done. Most of the staff comes in by bus or metro since it’s right there on the main road. We spend a lot of our time on computers or talking to distributors. Sometimes the lift in the building acts up, and we have to take the stairs, which is a bit of a workout. We don’t really do fancy meetings or anything. Usually, it’s just us sitting around with tea and going through the daily lists. We try to keep things organized, but on busy Mondays, the desk gets covered in papers. It’s just how it goes when you’re dealing with medicine supplies and logistics in a city this crowded. We keep the heads down and just work. We've been here since early last year.
