Word & Deed Educational Academy

Our academy is located in Hayat Nagar, which is out in the Rangareddy district. It is a bit away from the main city rush, so there is a lot more space around us than you would find in Hyderabad. The grounds are quite large, and we have several buildings for different classes and activities. It is a very practical place. We don't have marble floors or expensive decorations. Most of the buildings are just plain concrete and brick, which stays cool in the heat. We spend a lot of time walking between the different areas of the campus. There is always some maintenance work going on, whether it's fixing a fence or painting a wall. The roads around Hayat Nagar can be a bit dusty, especially in the summer, but we try to keep the indoor areas clean. We have a lot of students here, so the lunchroom and the common areas stay very busy. We don't have a big marketing team or anything; we just focus on the teaching and the day-to-day running of the place. Most of the staff has been here for years, and we just know how things are supposed to go. It is a very straightforward environment where the focus is just on the books and the work. We like the quietness of being out here in Rangareddy compared to the noisy city center.
