We are here in Jahanuma near Madina Colony. Raheem runs the place. It's often busy because people need to send money or get it. The address is H-No:19-3-1089/A/92. Sometimes the internet is slow and we have to tell people to wait a bit. It gets hot in the afternoons. We just handle the Western Union transactions and check the IDs properly. We open in the morning and stay until the work is done. Sometimes there’s a queue out the door. We don't have much space for sitting, just a couple of chairs. It's practical. We count the cash twice to make sure everything is right. The paperwork takes time, especially when the system acts up. We use a couple of computers and a printer that makes a lot of noise. It’s mostly about getting the numbers right and making sure the money gets where it needs to go. We handle the currency and the forms without making a big deal out of it.
