Metro Financial Services

We have been here at Plot No 36 for a while now. It's on Street No1 in Punjagutta. People come to us when they need help with their money stuff or some paperwork. It gets pretty busy around here sometimes because of the location. We just handle the day-to-day financial tasks that folks bring in. Sometimes the office is a bit messy with files but we know where everything is. Metro Financial Services has been around for a bit because there were so many people struggling with all the different rules. My cousin and I mostly run the place. We try to keep things straightforward. If you walk down the street you can't miss us. It’s a small office but it does the job. Most of our clients are regulars from the neighborhood. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at spreadsheets. It's not fancy work, but it keeps the lights on. Sometimes the traffic in Punjagutta makes it hard for people to park, so we tell them to come early. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us who know the business well enough. We've seen a lot of changes in the area over the years. We just keep doing what we do. It’s about getting the numbers right and making sure the forms are filled out correctly. That’s pretty much the whole story. We don't do much advertising, mostly just word of mouth from people we've helped before.
