Our office, Vws, is located in the Sri Datta Sai Complex at RTC X Roads in Hyderabad. We are right opposite the Saptagiri Theatre, which is a very well-known landmark in this part of the city. Being at such a busy intersection means there is always a lot of noise from the buses and the crowds outside. Our unit is 1-7-1074/C/3. It’s not a very large office, just enough space for our desks and a small area where we keep some of the equipment we use for our service work. The building itself is quite busy with other offices and shops, so there are always people coming and going in the hallways. I usually get to work early to try and find a decent spot to park my bike. The lift can be a bit slow, so I often just walk up. We don't do anything too fancy here. Most of our day is spent dealing with customers on the phone or working through technical problems on our computers. We have a lot of old files and manuals stacked up against one wall. Sometimes we go downstairs to one of the small stalls for a quick lunch or some tea. It is a very lived-in space and it isn't always perfectly tidy. We just focus on getting our work done and helping the people who come to us with their service needs. It's a typical Hyderabad small business life.
