We at SMARTEC BUILD SYSTEMS PVT. LTD. have our corporate office in the Lake View Apartments. We are in Unit B3, on Road No. 11 in Banjara Hills, Hyderabad. The address is 500034, which is one of those well-known parts of the city. Even though it says Lake View, you don't always see the water from the window, but it's a nice enough spot to spend the day. The building is mostly residential, so it has a different feel than a standard office block. We’ve been operating out of here for a while now, working on build systems and handling our accounts. It’s a quiet place to get things done, which we really appreciate during the busy weeks. Hyderabad is a busy city, but Road No. 11 is slightly tucked away from the heaviest traffic and noise. Our office is organized but definitely looks like real people are working hard in it every day. We have some snacks in the small kitchen and usually some tea going for whoever needs it. Most of the staff has been together for quite a few years. We aren't into big marketing pitches; we just do our jobs and try to stay on top of things. Being in Banjara Hills means it is easy for people to find us, though parking can be a bit of a challenge some days. It’s just a normal day-to-day life for us here in Andhra Pradesh.
