Our place, Vivin Laboratories Pvt. Ltd., is located at No. 62 Cie Gandhi Nagar. It’s been our work home for quite some time. The area is familiar for most of us, and being at No. 62 means we are right in the middle of the daily hustle. We aren't a giant corporation with glass walls; we just have a solid building where we come to work every morning. The lab space is where most of the time is spent. It’s a lot of routine stuff, checking things, and making sure the equipment is behaving. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy when the machines are all running at once. We usually have lunch together in the small break area. It’s not fancy, just a table and some chairs. The street outside can get a bit crowded during the afternoons, but inside we just keep to our schedules. We handle the daily operations without much fuss. If someone needs something, they just ask. We don’t really have big meetings or long speeches. It’s just about getting the lab work done and keeping the place tidy. Being at Cie Gandhi Nagar is convenient for most of the staff who live nearby. We just do what we are supposed to do at Vivin Laboratories Pvt. Ltd. and try to keep things moving along smoothly. It’s a simple way of working and it gets the job done.
