You can find Visual Minds Tech Pvt Ltd. at Flat No 506, in the 5-1-3/3 building in Sangeeth Nagar. We are located in Kukatpally, which everyone knows is one of the busiest parts of Hyderabad. Being in an apartment building means our office has a very specific layout. It’s not a wide-open floor; instead, we have different teams in different rooms. It actually helps us stay focused on what we are doing. Flat 506 isn't the biggest space, but we make it work by staying organized. The view from the fifth floor looks out over a lot of other apartment blocks and the occasional patch of green. We’ve been here for a bit now and we’ve gotten to know the security guards and the people in the other flats. It’s a professional enough environment, but it’s definitely not corporate. There are no glass partitions or receptionists in suits. We just have our workstations and we're just really interested in the tech side of things. The commute can be a bit of a grind because of the Kukatpally traffic, so we tend to be flexible with when people arrive and leave. We focus on the work and try to keep our overheads low. It’s a practical way to run a business in a city that is always moving. We just keep our heads down and get the tasks done every single day.
