We’re up on the third floor of the Deepthi Apartments on Sardar Patel Road. It’s a bit of an unusual spot for a coffee company, being in an apartment building, but it works for us. We have units 18 and 18A. The elevator is sometimes a bit temperamental, so we end up taking the stairs a lot. Inside, it’s mostly desks, computers, and a lot of coffee samples everywhere. You can usually smell the coffee even before you open our door. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at spreadsheets. It’s a different side of the coffee business than what you see in a cafe. We’ve got the hustle of Sardar Patel Road right outside our windows. The traffic never seems to stop. We’re a small team, and we’ve been working together for quite a while. We don't have any corporate slogans or big posters about our vision. We just come in, do our work, and drink a lot of coffee while we're at it. Sometimes the office gets a bit messy with all the paperwork and bags of beans lying around. It’s not a polished corporate office, just a place where we get things done. Being on the third floor gives us a bit of a view, which is nice when you need a break from the screen. We just keep at it, day after day, trying to stay on top of everything.
