Vikas Bharathi Charitable Foundation

Vikas Bharathi Charitable Foundation is located at House Number 8-148 in Mythripuram, Champapet. It is a busy residential and commercial area in Hyderabad, and our office is right in the middle of it. We use a regular house for all our foundation activities. It is not a fancy corporate building with security guards and glass elevators. It is just a place where we keep our supplies and do our paperwork. There is always a lot going on in the street outside, with people walking by and shops opening up early. Inside, the rooms are filled with desks and boxes of materials for our various projects. It can get a bit cluttered, but we manage to find what we need. We don't have a professional cleaning service, so we take turns keeping the place tidy. Our team is small, and we all know each other’s families and stories. We don't use a lot of formal language or have long meetings in boardrooms. Most of our decisions are made over a cup of tea in the main room. It is a simple, no-nonsense way of working that suits us well. People in Mythripuram know where we are, and we often have locals dropping by for a chat or to ask for some help. We focus on being useful and staying connected to the people around us. It is a humble setup, but it is enough for what we need to do.
