It’s a residential-style building, which makes the office feel a bit more comfortable than a cold office tower. We’re near Masab Tank in Hyderabad, so the area is always lively. Getting up to the third floor is easy enough. The office is basically a converted flat, so it has a kitchen and a small balcony where we sometimes take breaks. It’s a bit different from your standard pharma office, but it works for us. We have our stock kept in one of the rooms and our desks set up in the main living area. It’s a bit tight when we have a lot of deliveries coming in, but we manage the space okay. The neighborhood is nice, plenty of places to grab a quick bite. We’ve got some calendars on the wall and a few clocks that don't always show the right time. It’s a relaxed atmosphere. We don’t wear ties or anything like that. We just focus on getting the orders out and checking our lists. Being in Vijayanagar Colony, close to the post office there, gives us a sense of being part of the local community. It’s a simple, honest place where we spend our Monday to Saturday doing our best with what we have. It feels right.
