We are located at 2/4/317 on Allapur Road in the Borabanda area. It is a lively part of the city, and our office is right in the thick of it. Vijay Shankar & Associates is a small group of us working together to help people with their property needs. We have been in this spot for a while now, and the locals usually know where to find us. The office is a bit crowded with desks and stacks of papers, but we know where everything is. We spend a lot of time talking to owners and looking at local site plans. Allapur Road can get quite congested, so we usually do our site visits early in the morning before the traffic gets too bad. We handle a mix of things, from helping someone find a small plot to sorting out the details of a commercial space. There is no corporate polish here, just people working hard and trying to get things right for our neighbors. We drink a lot of coffee and stay late most nights making sure the day's tasks are finished. It is a straightforward business built on just being around and knowing the streets of Borabanda. If someone needs a hand understanding a local property matter, they just drop by and we talk it over as best we can.
