Our company is located at Number 92 in IDA Phase II, Cherlapally. This is an industrial area, so there are a lot of factories and warehouses all around us. Versatile Pharma Pvt. Ltd. isn't a giant glass building. It’s a functional unit designed for pharmaceutical work. We have lab spaces and storage areas that take up most of the room. The air always has a bit of a sterile, chemical smell to it, which is normal for this kind of work. We wear our lab coats and follow the rules, but the atmosphere among the staff is pretty relaxed. We aren't the type to have long board meetings or fancy presentations. Usually, we are just looking at vials or checking the equipment to make sure everything is running right. The trucks come and go from the IDA gates at all hours, so there is always some noise from the road. Our office is just a couple of rooms with basic furniture and some filing cabinets. We focus on the technical side of things rather than looking polished for visitors. It’s a lot of repetitive work, but we take it seriously. We’ve been in Cherlapally for a while now and have gotten used to the industrial rhythm. It’s a place where people come to work hard and then go home. We don't try to be anything other than a reliable local pharma unit.
