Venkateswara Steel & Cements

Our business is located at H No 2-56/33/39 on the Ayyappa Society Road in Madhapur. This part of Sri Sai Nagar has changed so much lately with all the construction going on. We supply steel and cement, so our yard is usually a bit messy with materials and dust. We have been here for several years now, watching the buildings go up all around us. It is a simple setup with a small office and a large area for the stock. We don't have air conditioning or fancy chairs for visitors. Most of our day is spent outdoors, helping load the trucks or checking the quality of the bags coming in. The road outside is always packed with vehicles, which can make things a bit slow sometimes. We aren't trying to be a huge corporation; we just want to be the place where local builders can get what they need without a lot of trouble. Our customers are mostly regulars who we have known for a long time. They come in, tell us what they need for their site, and we sort it out. We still use a lot of paper and pen for our accounts. It is physical work and we are often tired by the end of the day, but it is good, honest business. We stay focused on the materials and the people.
