Our office is at Plot 39 in Mashewari Nagar, which is part of the Bharatnagar Colony in Moosapet. It’s a busy little corner of the world. We handle a lot of things related to phones and internet connections. The office is usually a bit of a mess because there are always rolls of fiber optic cable and old handsets lying around. We start early most days because that’s when people notice their internet isn't working or their phone line has a hiss. Moosapet is a place where things are always moving, and we are right in the middle of it. We don't have any fancy signs or a big glass front. It’s more of a functional space where we store our tools and the ladders we use for the poles outside. Sometimes the rain slows us down because working with wires in the wet isn't great. We have a few technicians who are out on their bikes most of the time. When you come by the office, you might find it empty if we are all out on a big job. We just leave a note or you can call the mobile number on the shutter. We’ve been around this neighborhood for a long time now. We know most of the people on the street. It isn't a corporate setup, just a local shop trying to keep everyone connected without too much fuss or waiting around.
