We are located at No. 4-7-382/1/1, on the first floor in Esaamiyaa Bazaar. This area is always full of people and the sound of traffic is constant. Up here on the first floor, we handle a lot of phone-related stuff every day. People come in when their screens are cracked or they need a new SIM card for their device. The shop is small and can get pretty crowded on Saturday afternoons when everyone is out shopping in the bazaar. I keep a glass counter filled with chargers, cables, and some basic mobile accessories that people often need. There is a small stool where I sit to do the repairs. It is often tedious work, looking at tiny screws and delicate ribbons inside a phone, but it is what we do. We do not have any fancy displays or big signs. Most people find us because they were already walking through Esaamiyaa Bazaar and saw our name. It gets a bit hot in the shop during the summer months, but we have a small fan that helps a little. We keep a logbook of all the repairs we take in so nothing gets lost or mixed up. It is a straightforward business. We fix what is broken, sell a few recharges, and talk to the neighbors. It is a noisy, busy place but it feels right being in the middle of the market. We just keep things moving and try to help anyone who walks in.
