Veda College Of Distance Education

If you’ve ever been stuck in traffic on Dilsukhnagar Main Road in Hyderabad, you might have passed our door at 16-11-741/A/3. Veda College Of Distance Education is located right in the middle of all that chaos. It’s a busy spot, and our office is usually filled with stacks of textbooks and piles of application forms. Because we deal with distance education, we don't always see students every day, but our phones never seem to stop ringing. People call in from all over to ask about their exams or how to submit their assignments. The space isn't huge, but we make it work with the desks we have. It can get a bit loud with the buses and autos honking outside, but you get used to it after a week or two. Our staff spends most of the day sorting through mail and updating records on the computers. It’s not glamorous work, but it’s what keeps the college running. Sometimes a student will drop by in person because they’re confused about a form, and we just sit down and try to figure it out together. The tea guy comes by twice a day, and that’s usually the highlight for most of us. We aren't a big campus with trees and grass; we’re just a functional office helping people get their degrees while they work their regular jobs.
