Vardhaman Metal Industries

Down in the Amberpet Industrial Area, you can find our place at 2-3-42/C/52/1. It’s a bit of a maze of small factories and workshops back here. At Vardhaman Metal Industries, we spend most of our time surrounded by the sound of metal hitting metal and the smell of industrial oil. It’s not the cleanest place in the world, and our clothes usually end up with some stains by the end of the shift. The floor is concrete and has seen a lot of heavy equipment moved across it over the years. We have a small area in the corner where we keep our records and a kettle for making tea. It’s noisy and hot, especially during the summer months when the metal roof overhead really picks up the heat. We don't have a fancy office or any marketing people telling us what to say. We just do the work that comes in and try to stay on top of the schedule. Most of our neighbors are doing the same thing, so there’s a lot of truck traffic and guys moving pallets around in the lane. We’ve been operating out of this spot for quite a while now. It’s a tough environment, but it’s what we’re used to. We just focus on getting the parts right and making sure the machines are oiled. That’s pretty much the whole story for us.
