We are based at Door No 5 4 143, specifically Plot No 23 in Kamalanagar. It is right in the heart of Vanasthaliopuram. Our unit is basically a large shed where we keep the heavy machinery. It gets quite loud when everything is running at once, so we use earplugs and shout to be heard. We handle a lot of metal fabrication and parts manufacturing. There’s no lobby or air-conditioned waiting room here. If you come by, you’ll likely find us around the back near the loading dock. We have stacks of raw iron and steel pipes leaning against the walls. The floor is marked with yellow lines that have mostly faded away over the years. We do our own maintenance on the tools, so there is usually someone with greasy hands fixing a lathe or a drill press. It’s a practical place for practical work. We don't spend money on advertising; we just rely on the fact that we've been in Kamalanagar for years and people know where to find us. Lunch happens at the wooden table near the entrance. We keep a ledger for the orders, mostly handwritten because it’s faster than typing it out. It’s a steady rhythm of work. We start the motors in the morning and shut them down when the job for the day is done. The metal is heavy and the work is slow, but we get through the pile eventually.
