I'm V Ajay Kumar, and my small business is based at D. No 9-4-19, Koya Basti. If you know Hasmathpet in Old Bowenpally, you know it can get pretty crowded. I've been here in the Ranga Reddy Dist for a long time. My workspace isn't something you'd see in a magazine. It’s just a practical area where I keep my tools and paperwork. I don't spend money on things like fancy signs or expensive furniture because that doesn't help me do my work any better. Every morning, I see the same faces in the basti. It's a busy neighborhood and there’s always some noise from the street. I handle most of the things myself. Sometimes the work gets overwhelming, especially when a lot of people need help at once. I try to stay organized, but my filing system is mostly just piles of paper that I understand. It might look messy to someone else, but it works for me. I don't have any big speeches about what I do. I just get up, have my tea, and start working. Sometimes I’m still at it late into the evening. It’s just how things are when you run your own show. I'm just a local guy doing his best to provide for his family. People around here trust me because I’ve been around forever. It’s a modest life, and I'm okay with that.
