Starts at house number 9-1-34/14/10A in Bapu Nagar. It's in the Langar House area, right near Golkonda. We deal with hiring out vehicles for transport stuff. Most days it’s just about managing the keys and checking the tires before someone takes a truck out. The roads around here can be tight, especially when the traffic from the fort area builds up in the afternoon. It gets dusty. The office is really just a part of the house where the paperwork sits on an old wooden desk. Sometimes the neighbors stop by for a chat while we are looking at the logs. It is not some big flashy setup with glass walls. It is just a local spot in Hyderabad. You see the same faces every day. My phone rings a lot with people asking if a driver is free or if the rates changed because of the petrol prices. We just try to keep the vehicles running okay. Telangana summers are no joke when you are standing out there by the gate. We keep some water jars inside for whoever comes by. It’s pretty basic work, really. Just getting things from one place to another without too much trouble. Sometimes a vehicle comes back late because of the rain or a block in the road. We just handle it.
