Utsav Events

Down in Hyderabad, specifically in the Gosha Mahal area, you can find us at House Number 5-3-302/103. We are right there by the Police Quarters. It is a busy part of town, which actually helps when you are in the business of putting events together. There is always something happening outside the window. Our office isn't anything you’d see in a magazine. It’s just a practical space where we keep our files, some event gear, and a couple of chairs that aren't very comfortable. We spend a lot of time on the phone or meeting with people to figure out the logistics of different gatherings. Organizing things can get pretty messy, but we’ve gotten used to the chaos over the years. We started Utsav Events because we liked being in the middle of the action. Living and working near the quarters means things are usually orderly around the street, which is nice. We don't have a big fancy reception or a receptionist. If you walk in, you’ll likely just see one of us hunched over a laptop or talking to a vendor. It’s a simple setup. We focus on the work itself rather than making the office look perfect. Some days are long, especially when a big date is coming up, but that’s just how the event world works. We drink a lot of coffee and try to keep everything moving.
