Our address is H-11, IDA, Uppal, in Hyderabad. Being in the Industrial Development Area means we are surrounded by other businesses just like ours. Bevcon Wayors Pvt. Ltd. is focused on the daily production of conveyors and related parts. The factory floor is the heart of the place. We have big sections for assembly and a lot of space for the raw materials we use. It’s not the kind of place where you’d wear a tie. Most of us are in boots and work shirts. The sound of welding and the clanging of metal is the soundtrack to our day. Uppal is a good spot for us because it is easy for the transport trucks to reach. We have a small office area for the paperwork, but most of the action happens out where the machines are. The team is a mix of older guys who have been here forever and some newer faces learning the ropes. We don't have any big speeches about our values. We just show up, look at the schedules, and get to work. Sometimes the weather in Hyderabad makes the shop floor feel like an oven, but we just drink more water and keep moving. It’s a straightforward operation. We make things, we load them onto trucks, and we start again the next morning. There is always something that needs fixing or moving.
