Universal Water Chemical P Ltd

Our office and warehouse are at Universal Bhavan, which is on Road No 10 in the Krishna Nagar Colony. We’ve been in this part of Moula Ali for quite a few years now. We deal with water chemicals. It’s not the most exciting business, but it’s something that people actually need. We spend our days handling containers and checking stocks. The Uppal Mandal area is where we do most of our work. It’s mostly just a few of us making sure orders go out on time. We don't have a big marketing department. Our name is on the building, and people usually find us that way or through word of mouth. The office is pretty basic. We have some desks and a lot of filing cabinets. It’s more of a practical space than a showy one. We know our regulars well and they know us. Sometimes we sit and have tea when they come to pick up their stuff. We try to be helpful without making a big deal out of it. It’s a lot of logistics, really. Moving stuff from point A to point B and making sure the chemicals are stored right. The weather here can be a bit much, but the building stays cool enough. We just keep doing what we’ve been doing, keeping the records straight and helping the local industries with their water needs. It’s a steady life and we like it.
