Our office is at No. 23-78-25 in Rk Nagar, which is part of Malkajgiri. It’s a residential-feeling area, but we keep busy with United Roofing Systems. Most of our work happens on top of buildings, but this is where we coordinate everything. It's a small place, filled with samples of roofing sheets and stacks of paperwork that never seem to go away. We aren't a big, polished corporation with a glass building. We’re just local folks who know a lot about keeping the rain out of houses. Some days the phone rings off the hook, especially when the monsoon is coming. We spend a lot of time talking to homeowners about what kind of roof will last the longest without costing a fortune. We don't use any high-pressure tactics. If you need a roof, we show you what we have and tell you how long it will take to get it done. It's a lot of climbing and measuring in the hot sun. When we are back at the office in Rk Nagar, we usually just want to sit down and have a cold drink. We’ve been in this neighborhood for a while now, and we like being the ones people call when they have a leak. It’s not fancy work, but it’s necessary, and we do it carefully. Every single job is a bit different.
