Our place is located in Balkampet, right near the Indian Petrol Bunk. It’s a handy landmark because everyone knows where it is. We deal with construction materials and glass-related stuff, which means there’s usually a lot of heavy lifting and moving things around. The warehouse can get a bit disorganized when a big shipment comes in, but we have our own system for finding what we need. It’s a very hands-on job. We spend most of our time checking orders, talking to drivers, and making sure the glass doesn't break during transport. It’s not a glamorous business, and our office is just a small corner where we keep the books and take calls. We’ve been here in Balkampet for a good bit now and have seen the neighborhood change quite a bit. We don't have a big sales team; it’s just a couple of us who know the products inside out. If someone comes in asking for a specific type of board or glass, we usually know right where it is. We try to be helpful and honest about what we have in stock. Some days are slower than others, but there’s always something to sweep or a shelf to restock. We just keep our heads down and do the work.
