Unique Rural Development Organisation is based in Nethaji Nagar, Mehdipatnam. Our office is a simple room where we spend our time thinking about different projects for rural areas. We don't have a big corporate structure or a lot of fancy furniture. It's mostly just some desks, chairs, and a lot of files from over the years. We’ve been in this part of Mehdipatnam for quite a while now. We aren't a big agency with a lot of money. Most of what we do is just talking to people and trying to see where we can help out with local stuff. It is a slow process sometimes and we don't always have the answers right away. The office can be a bit quiet on some days, and then really busy on others when people stop by to chat. We don't have a marketing department to make us look good. We are just a small group of people who care about the work we do. Nethaji Nagar is a decent place for us to be located. We go out into the field when we can, but a lot of the planning happens right here at our desks. It’s not about being unique or special, despite the name. We just do the work that needs to be done without any extra fuss. We keep our records in order and try to make progress on our projects little by little every day. It is just a regular office doing honest work.
