UNIDO-ICAMT

The office for UNIDO-ICAMT is located at No. 1-1-770/4 - 623 in the Srivatsa building. We are based in the Gandhinagar area, which is a fairly organized part of the city to work in. Most of our day is spent at desks, dealing with technical reports and looking over various projects related to manufacturing and technology. It is a professional environment, but we keep things pretty low-key and practical. We have a lot of meetings where we sit around the table and discuss how to help different industrial sectors improve their ways of working. The office is usually filled with the sound of typing and the occasional phone call. We don't really have a lot of walk-in visitors, as most of our work is planned out in advance. Being in the Srivatsa building means we are surrounded by other offices, so there is a constant flow of people in the elevators and lobby. We keep a lot of documents and manuals on the shelves, which we are always referring to when we write our assessments. It is a steady pace of work that requires a lot of focus and attention to detail. We just try to get through our tasks and make sure the information we are providing is accurate for the people who rely on it. It is a quiet but busy place to be every day.
