Our small branch is located at G-17 in the Manjushankara Apartments. We are situated right by the Moulali Railway Quarters in the Prashanti Nagar area. It is a very specific part of the city, and the pin code is 500040 if you are trying to look us up on a map. Being so close to the railway quarters means we hear the trains passing by at all hours of the day. You eventually get used to the floor rumbling every now and then. The apartment itself is a standard residential unit, nothing too flashy or impressive. We have turned the rooms into a workspace where we can handle the financial paperwork and exchange tasks that come our way. There are usually three or four of us working here during the daytime. We do not wear suits or formal uniforms; usually, it is just jeans and regular shirts. This helps make the whole place feel more relaxed for everyone. We have a lot of regular people from the neighborhood who drop by just to say hello or ask a quick question about their documents. It is not like those massive banks where you have to stand in a long line. We just sit across from each other at a wooden desk. Sometimes the printer jams, but we just fix it and keep going.
