Tvameva Social Impact And Development Foundation is on the first floor of No. 8-4-549/63 in Erragadda. We are tucked away on Netaji Nagar 1st Line. Erragadda is a busy part of Hyderabad, and there is always something going on outside our windows. Being on the first floor is handy because people don't have to climb too many stairs to see us. The name Tvameva is a bit traditional, but our work is very much about the here and now. We focus on social impact, which basically just means we want to see things get better for people around here. The office is pretty basic. We have some old desks we got second-hand and a few chairs that have seen better days. It is not a place for showing off. We spend most of our time on the phone or meeting with people from the community. Telangana is a big state and there is a lot to do, but we just focus on our little corner for now. Sometimes the traffic on the main road makes it hard to hear, but we get used to the noise. We don't have any polished marketing materials or a big team of experts. It’s just us, a few people who care about the neighborhood. We are just trying to be a positive presence in Netaji Nagar without making a big scene about it. We usually finish up late and lock up the gate before the street lights get too dim. It is simple work, but it keeps us busy.
