Tv 5 News Channel operates out of our space at 6-23-87 in the CBI Colony area of Jubilee Hills. This part of town is usually quite active, and our office is no different. Inside, you’ll find desks piled with papers and monitors everywhere. We are a group of people who spend most of our time chasing stories or sitting in front of screens. It’s a fast-paced environment where the clocks always seem to be moving too fast. We don't have time for a lot of decoration; the walls are mostly covered in notes and schedules. People are constantly coming and going, some coming back from reporting and others rushing out to catch a bus or a ride. It gets a bit chaotic during the peak hours when news is breaking. We drink a lot of tea and coffee to keep going. The CBI Colony is a good location for us because it’s central enough to get around. We aren't trying to be anything other than a working news office. There is always the hum of computers and the sound of phones ringing in the background. It’s a tough job sometimes, and we get tired like everyone else, but there’s always something new to talk about. We just do our bit to report on what is going on without making a big fuss about it. That is basically our daily routine here in the office.
