Tulsi Hospital

Tulsi Hospital is located right at the ECIL Cross Road in Secunderabad. It is a very busy intersection, so there is always a lot of noise and activity right outside our doors. Being in such a central part of Secunderabad means we get all sorts of people walking in. The hospital stays open and active around the clock, though the energy changes depending on the time of day. In the afternoons, the waiting area is usually packed with people, and you can hear the constant ring of the phones and the murmur of conversations. We don't have any polished corporate brochures. Our space is functional and designed for one thing, which is taking care of patients. The halls are long and we spend a lot of time walking back and forth between the different sections. It’s hard work and the hours can be long, but it’s what we do. The staff is a mix of people who have been here forever and a few newer faces. We all just get on with it. We don't make any big promises about being the best; we just show up and do the work that needs to be done. Sometimes the elevators are a bit slow and the tea in the canteen is too sweet, but it’s our workplace and we’re used to it. We just keep focusing on the patients and the daily tasks that keep the hospital moving forward. It keeps us quite busy every single day.
