Trinet B.P.O

Our place is located over in Sarwar Nager, Jhirra, which is part of the Mehdipatnam area. The address is 13/1/1235/41/1. It’s a bit of a maze to find if you aren't from around here. We run the Trinet B.P.O operation. It’s a lot of phone calls and sitting at desks with headsets. The office isn't anything special to look at. We have rows of computers and people working in shifts. Since it’s a BPO, the lights are usually on at odd hours. Mehdipatnam is always lively, so there’s always something happening outside. We have a small break room where we keep a kettle and some biscuits. It’s a simple setup. Most of the people working here are young and just starting out. We try to keep things organized, but with so many people and calls, it gets a bit chaotic sometimes. The desks are usually covered in post-it notes and water bottles. We’ve been at this location for a while. It’s a bit of a walk from the main bus stop, but it’s manageable. We don't have a fancy website or a big marketing budget. We just do the work and handle the calls that come through. Sometimes the air conditioning struggles with the Hyderabad heat, but we make do with fans. It’s just a normal day-to-day grind for us. We keep going and try to stay on top of the tasks. It gets tiring but we have a good group of people who make it better.
