If you go to New Nallakunta and look for 2-2-1137/6/D, that’s where we are. Tojym Steel Products isn't a massive factory, just a solid place where we work with steel. We’ve been in this part of the city for a while. The neighborhood is a mix of houses and small shops, so we try not to be too loud early in the morning. We make different steel items based on what people need. It’s a lot of manual labor, grinding down edges and making sure everything is straight. I think the smell of metal is just stuck in my nose now. We don't have a big sign or a fancy lobby. Most of the space is taken up by the raw steel rods and the finished pieces waiting to be picked up. Sometimes the delivery trucks have a hard time navigating the streets around here. It’s a bit tight. We don't really do the whole customer experience thing people talk about. We just talk to people, tell them what can be done, and then do it. It’s a simple way to run things. My desk is usually covered in drawings and scraps of paper with measurements. It’s not a polished operation, but the products are sturdy. We just keep our heads down and work through the orders as they come in. It is just us and the steel every single day.
