Our place is at 61/A in the Suryodaya Complex on M.G. Road. It is Tirupati Wire Screens & Perforators. If you know the area, you know how busy M.G. Road gets every single day. We have been here quite some time now. The workshop area is where all the wire screens and perforating happens. It is a bit loud because of the machines, but we are used to it by now. The air smells like metal and oil most days. We do not have a big front desk or a receptionist. Usually, one of us just looks up from what we are doing when someone walks in the door. We spend a lot of time measuring things and making sure the holes are the right size in the metal sheets. It is tedious work but it is what we know. The Suryodaya Complex is an older building, so it has its own little quirks. We have our regulars who come in for specific mesh sizes. We do not spend money on fancy advertisements or anything like that. Most of our work comes from people just knowing where we are. We have a small corner for files and a computer that has seen better days. We eat our lunch together when there is a break. It is a simple setup. No one wears a suit here. We just wear what is comfortable for working with wire and metal all day. (246 words)
