Down here at Aleap Industrial Estate in Pragathi Nagar, things stay pretty active. We are located at Plot No. 113 and 114. Having two plots gives us a bit more room to breathe, which is nice when we have a lot of pharmaceutical batches going on. Thexa Pharma Private Limited isn't some giant faceless company. We’re just a bunch of folks in Pragathi Nagar trying to do good work. The industrial estate has its own rhythm, you know? Trucks coming in, people heading to lunch at the small stalls nearby. Our space isn't overly decorated. It’s mostly equipment, desks, and storage. We focus on the daily tasks of making sure the medicine is handled properly. We don't have a big marketing team writing fancy slogans. We just write down what we do and keep our records straight. The morning starts early here. You can hear the sounds of the estate waking up. It’s a decent place to work. We’ve been at these plots for some time now, and we’ve seen the area change a bit. Still, the core of what we do stays the same. It’s about being reliable and showing up. We don't promise miracles, just steady work from our side of the fence in Aleap. It’s honest work, and we’re glad to be doing it right here. Most of our days are spent checking labels and monitoring temperatures. It’s not exciting, but it’s what we do.
