The International School

We are located at Toli Chowki, specifically Door No 8-1-300/1. If you know the area in Hyderabad, you know how busy the roads get. Our school sits right in the middle of all that noise. Inside, though, it’s mostly just the sound of teachers talking and chairs scraping on the floor. We have these big windows that look out onto the street. Some days, you can smell the food from the nearby stalls when the wind blows the right way. The hallways are wide enough for two people to pass comfortably, but it gets tight when the classes change. We have a small area where the kids play. It’s mostly concrete with a bit of shade. The office is right by the entrance. It has a lot of files stacked up on the shelves. We use a lot of paper every day. The water cooler is the most popular spot in the afternoons when it gets hot. Everyone takes turns filling up their bottles. We don't have anything too modern or flashy. It’s just classrooms with blackboards and some old desks that we keep fixing up. People from all over the 500008 area come here. It’s a simple routine. We start early and finish when the sun is still high. The staff usually stays back a bit to clean up the chalk and get ready for the next morning. It's a lot of work but we stay busy.
