The A.P. Mineral Development Corporation Ltd.

The A.P. Mineral Development Corporation Ltd. has its office on the second floor of the Pancom Business Centre in Ameerpet. Ameerpet is one of those places where the traffic never seems to stop, and the noise from the street usually makes its way up to us. We handle a lot of the administrative side of mineral work from this office. It’s a lot of files, maps, and government paperwork. The building itself is pretty well known, so it’s easy for people to find us once they get to the right floor. We don’t have a very modern office. It feels a bit like a typical government-linked space with old desks and stacks of documents everywhere. There are always people coming in with questions or papers to sign. We try to keep up with the workload, but sometimes things take a bit longer than we’d like. That’s just the nature of the mineral business and the rules we have to follow. We have a few windows that look out over the city, which is nice when we get a minute to breathe. We don’t do much in the way of selling ourselves to the public. Our job is more about managing what’s happening at the sites and making sure the records are kept straight. It’s a lot of routine work, but it’s important for the state’s resources and keeping the industry moving along as it should.
