Our office is located at 501, Aashirvad Apartment in Uma Nagar, Begumpet. It is not your typical office building, just an apartment that we have turned into our workspace. We deal with organic products and spend a lot of time on the phone talking to farmers and suppliers. There are often boxes of grains and other items sitting in the hallway waiting to be checked. It is a bit crowded with all the desks and computers tucked into the rooms. Begumpet is a very busy part of town, so we hear the traffic and the horns all day long from the fifth floor. We have a small kitchen where we make coffee and sometimes have our lunch together. It is a very informal place to work. We wear regular clothes and don't worry much about looking like a big corporation. We are just a small group of people trying to manage the logistics of getting organic food to where it needs to go. Sometimes the lift in the building doesn't work and we have to carry small samples up the stairs. It is a lot of work keeping track of everything, but we have a good system going. We don't have any fancy lobby or reception area. If you come by, you'll probably just see us busy at our desks with papers everywhere. It is a bit messy sometimes but we know where everything is.
