Working out of Lotus Delite in Kamalapuri Colony is pretty quiet compared to the main roads around here. We are in Flat 302, Phase-3. It feels more like a home that we turned into a workspace. We spend our time on graphic services and fixing up machines that people use for printing. The rooms are usually filled with manuals and tools. It’s a bit of a maze with all the equipment we have lying around the place. We usually start early because that’s when it is coolest. Our team is small, mostly people who actually like figuring out why a printer is jamming or how to get a color right. We aren't big on meetings; we just talk across the room when something comes up. Being in a residential-style building means we have to keep the noise down a bit. We have had clients come in who get a bit lost looking for the flat, but once they find us, they see we are just busy working. The kitchen area is mostly used for making coffee and storing spare parts. We handle service calls too, so someone is always coming or going with a heavy toolkit. It is a practical setup for us. We don't have a fancy lobby or a receptionist. If the door is open, just come in. We have been doing this for a long time and the work just keeps coming.
