You can find us in Ameerpet, right inside the Omega Apartments. We are actually located where the Shridi Saibaba Womens Hostel is, which makes it a very lively and busy place to be. Hyderabad is always moving, but this area is especially packed. We deal with staffing, which basically means we spend our time trying to find people for different roles. It’s a lot of talking. We are constantly on the phone or meeting with someone who is looking for work. The office isn't anything special. It's got some desks, a few chairs for visitors, and a lot of notebooks. Since we are in a hostel building, there’s always people coming and going. It’s a bit noisy, but we’re used to it. We don't have a big HR department or anything like that. It’s just us trying to help folks get a foot in the door. We see people from all walks of life. Some are fresh out of college and others have been working for years. We just try to be honest with them about what's available. It’s a straightforward business. We don't promise things we can't do. We just work the phones and see who needs help. It’s a tiring job sometimes, but it’s okay. We share the space with the hostel vibe, so it never feels like a lonely office. We just keep our heads down and focus on matching the right person to the right spot.
