You can find us near the Satyam Theatre in Ameerpet. We are right by the Nirmala Working Womens Hostel. It is a very crowded area, especially in the evenings when everyone is out on the street. Our office is usually quite full of papers and files. We spend most of our time looking at resumes and talking to candidates. It gets pretty loud outside with all the traffic and people moving around. Ameerpet is known for all the training centers and hostels, so we are right in the middle of everything. We started Talenttrackservices Consultancy because there seemed to be a lot of people looking for work and not enough people helping them find it. It's a simple operation. We don't have fancy leather chairs or a big reception desk. It is just a few desks and some computers. Sometimes we stay late when there is a lot to catch up on. We try to keep the door open when it's not too hot outside to get a bit of a breeze. The hostel next door is a good landmark if you are trying to find us for the first time. We just try to be helpful. Dealing with jobs and recruitment is mostly just about listening to what people need. We don’t use a lot of big words or complicated processes. It’s just us here, working through the pile of applications every day. It’s a bit messy sometimes, but we know where everything is.
