Talent Search

Talent Search is our little operation based in Hyderabad. We are located at C/O Sri V. Satyam, in House Number B21/F1 of the Madannapet Colony. This is in the Saidabad area, zip code 500 059. We’ve been here for a good amount of time. It’s a regular house-style setup, which makes it feel a bit more relaxed than a standard office. We don't have any flashy signs or glass walls. It’s just a place where we sit down and do our work. We mostly deal with finding people for different things, and we use the space we have to keep track of everything. The colony is a decent place to be, it has a local feel to it and we know the people around here. We aren't some giant agency with thousands of employees. It is just a few of us working together. We try to keep things organized but it’s a busy job, so there’s usually papers and files around. We don't have a lot of rules about how things look, as long as the work gets finished. Sri V. Satyam has been helpful in keeping this place going. We just start our day, go through our lists, and talk to whoever we need to talk to. It’s honest work and we like the independence of having our own small spot in Saidabad. It works for us and we keep things moving along.
