Talent Corner Hr Services Pvt.Ltd is run by Y.Pardhasaradhi. We don't have a big fancy office building with our name in lights. It is a more personal approach to HR services. When you deal with us, you are basically dealing with a small team that cares about finding the right people for the right jobs. We spend our days looking through piles of resumes and making phone calls. It can be a bit repetitive, but it is satisfying when a candidate actually gets the position. We don't use all those buzzwords like synergy or human capital. We just think of it as helping people find work and helping companies find staff. The way we work is pretty simple. We talk to the hiring managers to see what they really need, and then we go out and look for it. Sometimes the person they want doesn't exist, and we have to tell them that honestly. Other times, we find a perfect match right away. It’s a lot of sitting at a desk and staring at a screen, but we try to keep things friendly. We don't have a polished marketing department to write this, so it is just us telling you how it is. We work hard, we stay organized, and we try to treat everyone with respect, whether they are a big boss or someone looking for their first job. It is just a matter of matching people up and hoping it works out.
