Taj Sorbet Private Limited is situated at H No. 6-70/2 in Alkapur, which falls under the Rajendranagar area of Ranga Reddy District. We are technically in Hyderabad, but it feels a bit different out here. Our work is all about sorbets and chilled treats. It’s a sticky business sometimes, especially during the summer months when demand goes through the roof. We have a small facility where we mix and freeze everything. It’s not a high-tech lab, just a kitchen that’s been expanded over the years to fit more freezers. We’ve had our fair share of struggles, like when the power cuts out and we have to rush to get the generator going. You learn to be quick on your feet in this line of work. The staff is like a small family; we eat lunch together most days and complain about the heat. Alkapur is growing fast, and there are new buildings popping up everywhere around us. We’ve stayed in this same spot, though, because it works for us. We don't spend money on fancy brochures or social media managers. We’d rather spend that time making sure the fruit we use is fresh and the machines are clean. It’s a simple way of doing things, and it keeps us busy from dawn till dusk. We aren't looking for awards or anything like that. We just want to keep the freezers running and the sorbet cold for whoever needs it.
