Syed Social Welfare Foundation

Syed Social Welfare Foundation is based in Hyderabad, specifically at 10-2-318/1 in Mallepally. We are on the 6th floor in Flat 603 of the V N Colony building. It is a busy part of the city, so there is always a lot of noise from the street below. Getting up to the sixth floor can be a bit of an exercise if the lift is acting up, which happens now and then. Inside the flat, we have turned the rooms into small offices. It is a bit crowded because we have a lot of files and supplies stacked against the walls. We don’t have any fancy office furniture or matching chairs. Most of the stuff we use is just what we could find and put together. It is a working space where things actually get done, not a place meant for showing off. The balcony gives us a decent view of the colony, and it is a good spot to take a quick break when the phones won't stop ringing. We are a small team, so everyone does a bit of everything, from answering the door to typing up reports. The neighborhood is full of life, and we like being right in the middle of it. Sometimes visitors get a bit lost finding the right block, but we are usually around to point them the right way. It is just a plain, honest workspace for people who care about the local community.
