We are located in the Mayuri Nagar area of Miyapur. Specifically, we are at Lig 130, which is part of the residential layout there. It’s a bit of a different setup because it’s a house-based office, the D/O K.Satyanarayana place. Sycone Cpmc Pvt Ltd uses this spot for our Hyderabad operations. It’s quiet mostly, which helps when you have to focus on project controls and all those tiny details that go into big building jobs. We aren't in one of those massive glass towers in Hi-Tech City. We prefer being in a neighborhood like this. You can actually find a place to park most of the time. The office has that lived-in feel. There are files everywhere and the tea kettle is almost always hot. We handle a lot of the back-end work for projects around Telangana from this desk. It’s a lot of phone calls and checking spreadsheets to make sure the money and materials are where they need to be. We don’t really go for the formal corporate vibe. If you come by, you’ll probably see us in regular clothes just trying to get through the pile of work. It’s a small team here in Miyapur. We know each other well and we know the local vendors. It’s practical work. We stay busy with the construction side of things, making sure the schedules don't slip too much. It's a solid place to work.
