Swot Management Consulting

Our business, Swot Management Consulting, is based right here in Hyderabad. We don't have a big fancy office in a skyscraper; we just work from a modest space in the city. Consulting sounds like a big word, but really, we just spend our days looking at how other businesses are running and trying to figure out where they might be having some trouble. We started this because we’ve lived in Hyderabad our whole lives and seen how much the city has changed over the years. It used to be much slower, but now everyone is in a rush. We try not to be in a rush. We take our time with the work. Most of our days are spent on the phone or looking at spreadsheets. It's not glamorous work, but it keeps us busy. We usually grab lunch at one of the local biryani spots because you can't really live here and not eat the local food. The office has a few bookshelves and some old files that we really should probably clear out one of these days. It feels like a normal workplace where people know each other’s names and talk about the cricket scores while the kettle is boiling. We aren't looking to change the world or anything like that. We just want to do a decent job for the people who come to us for advice. Sometimes the traffic outside gets loud, but we just shut the windows and keep going. We're just regular people doing a regular job.
