We run Svs Minerals & Mines out of a house in Srinagar Colony. The address is House No. 1-1-52/16/B, right on Road No 1 near the Kapra Ecil Post. It’s a residential area, so it’s a bit quieter than a big industrial zone. We use the ground floor as our main office space. There are maps and samples of stones and minerals sitting around on the tables. It’s not the kind of place you’d expect a mining business to be, but it works for us. We spend a lot of time traveling to the actual sites and then coming back here to do the administrative side of things. Our team is small, mostly family and a few helpers. We've lived in this area for years so we know the neighbors well. They don't mind us being here since we don't make much noise at the house. Most of the heavy work happens far away at the mines. Here, we just handle the permits, the sales, and the planning. It’s a lot of phone calls and ledger books. We don't have a big polished lobby or any corporate branding on the walls. It’s just a regular house where we happen to run a minerals business. Sometimes the internet is slow, which makes things a bit annoying, but we get by. We just take things one day at a time and keep our records straight without making things too complicated for ourselves.
