You can find Svd Advisors Private Limited up on the fourth floor of the Mogul' Court Apartment. It is at 5-9-60 in Basheer Bagh, right in the middle of everything. Being in plot 402 means we have a bit of a climb or a wait for the lift, but the view of the street is alright. We have been in this building for a bit now. It is an older place, has some character to it. We don't do much in the way of decorating. It is mostly just shelves and computers. The team here is small, just a few of us who have known each other a long time. Basheer Bagh is always busy, so it is nice to have this space upstairs to focus. We handle the advisory side of things. It is mostly talking through details and looking over documents. We aren't trying to be the biggest firm in the city. We just want to do a decent job for whoever walks in. The coffee machine breaks sometimes, and the lighting is a little dim in the hallway, but it works for us. We stay busy enough. If you are looking for us, just head to the fourth floor.
